Possibly downloaded a Trojan?

Hey all, I went on some sketchy websites yesterday and so I decided to run a windows defender test. After the test, a possible Trojan was detected. I didn’t get the entire screenshot in defender but I managed to get one from a command in power shell here.

The resource the Trojan appears to be hiding in looks like an old NiceHash miner which I thought was removed with a factory reset of my computer a couple years ago. (false positive?)

I removed the the alleged Trojan from my computer using the windows defender option but am concerned that I may be still at risk. I later ran a RKill diagnostic and Malwarebytes scan (with root kits disabled) which both came to the conclusion of no malware detected. I am currently running another Malwarebytes scan with root kits on.

Is there anything else I should be doing?
